RETURNS
Should you receive the incorrect size or style, you may return the item to us within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide you with correct instructions on returning the item.Returned items should be returned insured/registered unused in its original packing to prevent against loss during shipping.
*Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Return Center.*
All our products are checked for faults before shipping. Should you nevertheless receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item,Please contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.We will review the digital picture provided,If the item is indeed defective we will ship you a new item at no charge to you.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.
Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your order.For US customers your order will be delivered by USPS.Shipping cost is $10 USD per item shipped.
We ship world wide. We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavor to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.Your package requires a signature,If no one is home at time of delivery,Your postal carrier will leave a note in your mailbox,You are responsible for recovering the package from your local post office.We can not be held responsible for packages returned to sender because customer failed to recover the package.It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any customs, import tax, duties and other charges which are applicable in your country. We will not accept claims as such and will not be responsible for these costs. Please contact your local customs or postal authorities prior to your purchase.

The only traceable method of shipping is express, therefore; we ship each package using USPS Express with signature confirmation.
